A technology consulting firm is seeking a Salesforce Support Consultant with 5 to 8 years of experience to execute SFDC Support and Enhancement projects. Salesforce Support Consultant
Our client is looking to recruit a Salesforce SFDC Support Consultant with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in executing SFDC Support/Enhancement projects. This role is based in the UK and can be remote.
- Execute SFDC Support and Enhancement projects for clients.
- Support customers and handle complex support queries.
- 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce SFDC environments.
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities.
- Salesforce SFDC Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce SFDC Lightning is useful.
- Good experience in release management and ITIL processes.
- Ability to work with customers and manage complex issues.
- Role entails remote work from the UK location.
