Are you a seasoned business development professional with deep expertise in international executive search? As they scale their footprint across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC, they are seeking aBusiness Development Leadto drive growth and shape client strategy across international markets.

This is a senior-level opportunity for a commercially astute leader who excels in building board-level relationships, creating bespoke talent solutions, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. You'll be instrumental in expanding the firm's global client base, representing a trusted brand known for its rigorous search methodology and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development strategy across multiple international markets, identifying high-value opportunities within sectors such as Life Sciences, Industrial, and Supply Chain
  • Lead outreach to C-suite executives, senior HR leaders, and board-level stakeholders to pitch retained executive search services
  • Build, grow, and manage long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Design and deliver tailored search proposals aligned with complex business and talent needs
  • Represent the firm in high-stakes presentations, negotiations, and global industry conversations
