Job summary
A leading consultancy is looking for customer service representatives for a remote role. You'll handle inbound calls related to maintenance and technical queries, requiring excellent IT and customer service skills. Working 37-40 hours per week with full flexibility needed. Training and equipment provided, with competitive pay of £12.48 per hour. Perfect for those within 35 miles of Perth or Glasgow and ready to start in October 2025.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service relating to maintenance queries and emergency calls.
- Log customer notes on the systems.
- Take call out payments over the telephone where required.
- Handle complaints when necessary.
- Take full ownership of a call, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Skills
£12.48 per hour, remote working, ongoing contract with the opportunity to be made permanent after 3 months, weekly pay. Inbound calls: customer service, complaint handling and supporting with technical queries.
You must be within 35 miles of Perth or Glasgow.
Start Date: October 2025. You will receive full training for this remote working role and all equipment required – you just need wifi and a quiet space to work (a chair and desk setup).
Working 37-40hrs per week, Monday - Sunday (off 2 weekends a month). Shifts fall within the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday (8hr shifts) and Saturday - Sunday the shifts will fall between 8am - 6pm. You must be fully flexible to be considered for the role.
Standard hours: £12.48 per hour, overtime: £18.72 per hour.
- Inbound customer service relating to maintenance queries and emergency calls
- Logging customer notes on the systems
- Taking call out payments over the telephone where required
- Complaint handling where required
- Taking full ownership of a call, ensuring the customer receives the highest levels of customer service
- Excellent IT skills, you will be required to navigate several systems
