A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Reducing Restrictive Interventions Training Lead. In this full-time role, you will lead and ensure compliance with standards while providing expert guidance on physical interventions. The position is remote with some regional travel across the West of the UK and involves collaboration across departments to enhance practices. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise and proven leadership experience in training delivery. The salary is £50,000 plus a car allowance.
We're hiring a Reducing Restrictive Interventions Training Lead (RRIT) for a 37.5 hour per week full‑time role.
Remote with regional travel across the West of the UK and occasional national travel to services and training venues.
Lead development, delivery and quality assurance of the Physical Intervention team (RRIT) and curriculum. Provide expert leadership, drive BILD accreditation, and ensure compliance with RRN standards. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on training delivery and continuous improvement and collaborates across departments to embed best practice and reduce restrictive interventions organisation‑wide.
