Job summary
A leading roadside assistance company is seeking a Roadside Rescue Mechanic. This role involves delivering expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics across the UK. Candidates should possess a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification and a customer-focused approach. The position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 with OTE of £60,000, along with generous benefits including a share scheme and well-being support.

Location: Hounslow, Greater London, UK, TW3 1
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
- A customer‑focused approach
- A full UK driving licence
As a Roadside Technician within the Patrol division, you’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll handle tasks ranging from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault‑finding, providing quick, confident solutions and reassurance when members need it most.
You’ll work from home, tackling challenges and impacting the roadside with technical expertise and outstanding member service.
- Strong base pay – £40,000 a year (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance) and realistic OTE of £60,000, with top performers earning significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates
