Job summary
A legal recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to support a public sector organization remotely. This role requires knowledge of employment law, specifically in TUPE, redundancy, and discrimination cases. The candidate should have experience preparing for Employment Tribunal hearings and representing clients. Interested applicants with a public sector background are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide support and advice to HR Department on employment-related matters.
- Prepare Employment Tribunal cases for Claimant and Respondent.
- Represent at Employment Tribunal hearings.

Salary: £50 - 60 per hour umbrella (Locum / Interim)

- Providing support and advice to HR Department on employment-related matters including TUPE, Redundancy, Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, and Maternity
- Preparing Employment Tribunal cases for Claimant and Respondent to tight deadlines and providing representation at the Hearing
The role will be a remote working arrangement.
