A digital financial solutions provider is seeking a Talent Partner in the UK to support hiring for Go-To-Market roles. This position requires experience in a startup or scale-up environment, proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong communication skills. Cryptio is entering a new phase of growth and is hiring a Talent Partner to support Go-To-Market hiring. You’ll work closely with an experienced GTM Recruiter and report into the Senior Talent Partner, contributing directly to the scale-up of our commercial teams 🚀
This is a hands-on role focused on recruitment delivery within a well-established process.
Support recruitment delivery for GTM roles in partnership with the GTM Talent Partner
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and existing talent pools
Run structured screening interviews and manage candidate progression
Maintain accurate pipelines and reporting in the Ashby
Use AI note-taking tools to support structured interviews and feedback
Communicate clearly and consistently in Slack, keeping hiring managers aligned and candidates informed
Experience hiring GTM roles in a startup or scale-up environment
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with other recruiters
Strong experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI note-taking tools
Clear, concise communication and high responsiveness
Strong follow-through and attention to detail
Crypto experience is a nice to have
