To ensure the provision of an efficient and effective administration, and clinical appointment & record service for the ICRT. To ensure that there is a solid and a multi-disciplinary service, reliable data entry into RIO computer system, and providing support and training to administrative staff using this system. To act as the first point of contact within BSMHFT and partner agencies.

To be supportive of the Team Manager and staff in communicating patient information within the department and to other agencies internal to the trust and externally.

The post holder will be expected to cover a range of administration tasks, which require acting independently within broad guidelines. These include administrative, Big Hand, and IT skills. Additionally, the post holder will manage systems to support clinical treatments and provide a comprehensive administrative service to the ICRT. They will undertake delegated administrative tasks on behalf of the Team Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running and control of administrative services of the team.

The post holder will be expected to interpret and share relevant data across BSMHFT Treatment providers such as probation, court teams, police, PCTs, both within BSMHFT and partner agencies. This role requires high levels of accuracy in data input, interpretation, and understanding of data reports/systems, along with some analysis to share information across the programme.
