SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team maintaining the nation's critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, at Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and station communication systems
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Liaising with Telent Service Centre for fault updates and task completion

Ideal candidate:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals eager to learn, with experience or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking or electrical background
• Knowledge of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for night shifts at Pirin Court Service Centre
