We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team and ensure our customers have the best experience every time they visit a DTLR store.

Position Summary:

The Full-Time Sales Associate assists the store management with daily operations, including providing excellent customer service, driving sales, merchandising, and other responsibilities. All activities should be performed professionally, courteously, reliably, and with a results-oriented approach.

1. Building customer relationships through professional and attentive service, helping customers find products that meet their needs.
2. Demonstrating basic fashion and trend knowledge to assist customers and promote merchandise.
3. Assisting with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
4. Maintaining a positive attitude and complying with company policies.
5. Participating in service training and product programs.
6. Supporting loss prevention efforts and monitoring store security.
7. Enforcing point of sale procedures and managing cash discrepancies.
8. Keeping management informed of important developments and potential issues.
9. Maintaining a neat and organized sales environment.
10. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent command of English for effective communication.
• Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.
• Basic fashion knowledge and a desire to work in retail.
• Ability to build team relationships and understand customer needs.
• Willingness to work across multiple stores in the district.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours during critical periods.
• Reliable transportation required.
