As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our production floor—guiding, motivating, and developing a talented team to deliver world-class results. You’ll ensure that every product meets our high standards, every process runs smoothly, and every team member feels empowered to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead & Inspire:Supervise daily activities of the assembly team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Drive Results:Ensure production throughput, quality, and cycle time targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Problem Solve:Identify areas for improvement and implement smart, effective solutions.
• Collaborate:Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams.
