Position: 360 Excavator Operator
Location: Bristol, Bristol
Project: Public Realm Works
Hours: 07:30–17:30
Rate: £23 Per Hour
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: August 2025
Tickets Required (Within the Gang):

• CPCS or NPORS w/ CSCS (essential for all)

• 360 Excavator Operator with Lifting Ops (essential)

• Groundworkers with Dumper and Roller tickets (essential)

• Ganger with SSSTS (essential)

• All members must pass a D&A test

• Van and own tools preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing granite kerbs and slabs to high-spec finish

• Shallow drainage installation and general civils work

• Setting up and maintaining temporary traffic management measures

• Operating plant including 360 excavator, dumper, and roller

• Ganger to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure H&S compliance and coordinate the team

Requirements (as a gang):

• Valid CPCS or NPORS w/ CSCS (all roles)

• 360 Excavator Operator with Lifting Ops

• Groundworkers with valid Dumper and Roller tickets

• Ganger with SSSTS

• Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test

• Experience with public realm/high-spec urban works

• Own van and tools preferred
