What will you be doing?
Engagement delivery
Managing projects or work-streams of a small to medium size and complexity (including analysing and interpreting data, drafting report findings and facilitating client meetings
Risk management
Supporting the Firm's risk management and assurance processes appropriately and effectively
People development
Understand own development needs and proactively seek out and act upon feedback to enhance and sustain performance
Play an active role in supporting colleagues within the team and in the wider firm, taking responsibility for cultural improvement and living the KPMG values
Business Development
Supporting the establishment and development of relationships both internally within KPMG and externally with clients, as well supporting business development activity to secure future programmes of work
Supporting and contributing to the development of proposals and client presentations.
Supporting the development of market leading materials, leading KPMG's presence at events, and creating publications for our website on areas of specific expertise
Practice Development
Supporting the design and creation of KPMG specific GBS propositions, assets and intellectual property
