SaaS Trainer

Leeds - Hybrid - min 1 day in the office per week

Full Time, Permanent

Our client is currently seeking a friendly and approachable Trainer to be based in their Leeds office. This role includes travel as and when needed and is a customer and end user facing role. You would be part of their SaaS delivery team assisting in deployments and training of multiple products.

You will be working within their experienced training and change team, supporting businesses with the deployment of Google Workspace and AI. Confidence in public speaking and presentation skills are a must as you will be providing classroom, 1-2-1 and remote training sessions for a variety of customers.

Your role will also include working in their SaaS Delivery team to support change management activities within a project in building comms and supporting end users during their transition to Google Workspace. You will be expected to support Change Managers within the team which will give you the opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills in this area.

There will be exposure to a wide variety of technologies, with a rapidly growing feature set that you will be expected to understand at an end user level.

Technologies / Skillset:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Computer literate and confident learning new technologies
• Self-reliant with strong capability to learn and adapt to constant change
• Experienced using communication, AI and editor tools
• Have past experience as a Trainer or Teacher
• Comfortable with engaging in conversation and working within teams
• Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Hold a full UK driving licence

It would be advantageous for any candidate to:

• Experience training of software / SaaS based solutions
• Have a genuine passion for learning new technologies
• Previous experience using Google Workspace (Gmail and Drive)
• B2B classroom teaching experience
• Experience delivering remote training

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding and updating training structures
• Performing live training sessions on SaaS technologies
• Both writing and video recording end user guides
• Supporting Change Managers on customer deployments
• Advancing your knowledge in Change Management methodologies
• Providing direct end user support in the form of floor walking and on video calls

Other elements may include:

• Promoting and leveraging Google Workspace to replace old business processes
• Being at the forefront of technology, presenting ideas and solutions internally
• Upskilling internal staff members by performing onboard training sessions
• Publishing articles and blogs to promote their brand
