A leading technology company in Swindon is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multi-Skilled) to join their Maintenance Team. The role involves hands-on maintenance, fault diagnosis, and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidates should have a completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience and proven multi-skilled maintenance skills. This position supports a critical manufacturing facility and is offered on a night shift pattern.

Join TE Connectivity’s Maintenance Team supporting the Materials Manufacturing Facility, where compounds are produced for wire and cable manufacturing and global distribution. You’ll work with mixers, twin screws, extruders, chillers, driers, cutters, and more. This role demands quick response to breakdowns, strong fault diagnosis skills (electrical/mechanical), and mentoring apprentices. You’ll also contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement projects
