Duties
  • Lead and deliver on a range of defence projects
  • Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
  • Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
  • Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
  • Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
  • Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Skills and Experience
  • Relevant degree within architectural technology
  • Significant experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with Revit is essential
  • Experience managing complex projects across a broad range of sectors
  • Experience working across all RIBA work stages
  • Strong technical detailing and design skills
