Role Description

Must have a valid UK driving license and be local, as we’re in a very remote location.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Technician located in Brandesburton. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting printers, and performing computer repairs and maintenance. The technician will also be required to handle day-to-day technical support tasks, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Repair skills
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Capability to support and troubleshoot Printer issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Relevant certifications in IT or technical fields are an advantage.
