POSITION OVERVIEW

Ensuring the organization’s IT strategy is aligned with its business goals, you will be responsible for analysing business properties, define all business needs, and the external environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team and lead the development and management of our corporate IT strategy.

You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our technology platforms. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of platform technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and growth. Experience in Salesforce, O365, Atlassian and ERP\'s is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for the assessment of our current IT strategy, conduct a technology maturity assessment and development of a target technology blueprint for the organisation.
• Utilise business acumen and technical understanding to align the organisation’s people, processes and technology to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure that strategies are effectively executed.
• Analyse and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Work closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, clients and internal teams, to understand their needs and ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and apply innovative solutions to address business challenges.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of target Enterprise architectures.
• Strong understanding of IT platforms, including cloud computing, microservices, APIs, and data management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
• Experience with market research methodologies and competitive analysis.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
