This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in complaints handling, strong communication, and analytical skills. You will support regulatory risk assessments and maintain detailed documentation of complaints. The position offers a hybrid working model, combining in-office and remote work to promote flexibility.

Location: City of London
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
