Summary

Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance professional ready to lead a high-performing team in a highly regulated manufacturing environment? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of operational plans to ensure smooth QA function across all departments.
  • Oversee compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory standards.
  • Manage internal audits, external inspections, and quality risk assessments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance quality awareness and staff competence.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimise quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
