Quantity Surveyor (Fitout) - Bristol

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing, forward-thinking interior fit outs construction business, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the costs and contracts related to commercial interior fit-out projects for major, well known companies across the UK.

This role is fully office based in Bristol, with occasional onsite travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, contracts and variations
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor costs, forecast spend and ensure profitability
• Collaborate with design and PM teams

Experience

• Proven experience in Bar/Restaurant, retail or supermarket fitout projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management
• Strong understanding of materials, pricing and contracts.
