- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team.
- Coach the team to achieve KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
