Job summary
A recruitment agency is supporting the hiring of a Housing Services Manager to oversee tenancy services, allocation, and income management. The role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of housing legislation, and the ability to develop effective teams. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations while delivering excellent service to tenants. This position is hybrid and offers a negotiable salary with ongoing temporary employment.
Qualifications
- Experience in supported housing.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Driving license required.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and safeguarding requirements.
- Enhanced DBS.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of housing professionals to deliver exceptional services.
- Manage tenancy allocations, lettings, and estate services.
- Drive income collection and implement strategies for tenancy sustainment.
- Oversee anti-social behaviour case management and safeguarding.
- Build strong partnerships with local agencies and community groups.
