- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, respecting their dignity and independence.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support the development and implementation of individual care plans.

- Ensure a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices in elder care.
- Proven experience in nursing care.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Driving license is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of care planning processes is preferred.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Respect for diverse religious backgrounds and cultural sensitivities.
- Pay rate £11.37 under 21, £12.32 over 21 and £13.07 with a proven NVQ Level 3 certificate.
