Trentham House Care Home is a warm and welcoming home dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Day Care Assistant with at least 1 year nursing care home experience to join our friendly team.

About the Role

As a Day Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily routines, promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. You’ll work as part of a caring and professional team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of person‑centred care.

  • Assisting residents with personal care, dressing, and hygiene needs
  • Supporting residents during mealtimes and activities
  • Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and management to deliver quality care
About You
  • Kind, patient, and dedicated to providing outstanding care
  • A great team player with good communication skills
  • Reliable and committed to making a positive difference
  • Experience in nursing care of 12 months.
