A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Band 6 Nurse for their Community Recovery Health Team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health care through triaging referrals, conducting assessments, and ensuring best practices for home-based treatment. Candidates should have post-registration experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, alongside essential qualifications.
