We are recruiting for a Sales & Customer Service Agent who can speak both French and Spanish.

These positions are Hybrid for London and surrounding areas

Main Purpose of role:

• Responding to emails and answering calls in French and Spanish.
• Handling customer queries on our system and translating replies between French and Spanish.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone, email, social media, and live web chat in both languages.
• Managing customer communications and updating their details (address, payment methods).
• The Multilingual Consultant reports to the French and Spanish Team Leader.

Salary: £13.25 per hour + benefits

Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly, with on-target earnings of approximately £5000 per year.

Progression: Opportunities to advance to roles such as Support Agent, Helpdesk Agent, Senior Agent, Trainer, Quality Support Executive, and Team Manager.

Hours: 40 hours/week, between 8am - 7pm weekdays, and 8am - 6pm on Saturdays.
