- At least 3 years' experience managing a small team.
- Strong knowledge across personal tax, VAT, accounts preparation, and corporation tax.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small accounts team.
- Support the director by easing workload and providing oversight.
- Supervise and approve VAT returns prepared by junior staff.
- Prepare and complete year-end accounts and tax returns.
- Consult with clients regarding financial and tax matters.
