Responsibilities will include:
- Closing the Central month end, including recharges, prepayments and accruals
- Reviewing, investigating and explaining monthly performance analytics and reports for Central costs
- Business partnering with central function teams to understand, comment on and report financial performance accurately
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Support accounting and reporting teams with financial information
- Support/lead one-off and recurring projects and analysis as required by the business
The ideal candidate will be:
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified/part-qualified accountant, ideally with at least two years' industry experience
- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- IT Literate including Excel and ERP systems
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse and summarise complex information
