Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day servicing and support for P&I accounts, ensuring a high level of client care.
• Assist brokers with preparation of slips, endorsements, policy documentation and renewal packs.
• Liaise with underwriters in the London and international markets, ensuring accurate and timely placement of cover.
• Support clients with queries, policy amendments, and claims-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the team and support senior colleagues on larger and more complex accounts.
