In this role, you will take full ownership of production projects from initial client brief to final delivery. Working closely with the Sales and Creative teams, you will oversee the planning and execution of large-scale experiential builds, event installations, print production, and logistics. You will manage suppliers, budgets, and schedules, ensuring seamless delivery of high-profile campaigns. This is a client-facing role where your ability to build relationships and problem-solve will be key to success. Regular travel across the UK and occasional international projects will be required.

The Role:

1. Oversee experiential builds, events, and installations from concept to completion.
2. Manage budgets, suppliers, and logistics for seamless execution.
3. Lead on-site installations, de-rigs, and stakeholder coordination across the UK and internationally.

The Person:

1. Experience in live and virtual event production with a strong technical background.
2. Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
3. Based in Bournemouth, with flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends.
