A leading insurance firm in the United Kingdom seeks an Events Support Coordinator to plan and deliver impactful events. You will handle logistics, manage supplier relationships, and ensure events run smoothly. With a focus on sustainability and teamwork, the role requires at least two years of experience in corporate events. As an Events Support Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our events team, helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of events that contribute to AXA's growth and success. From managing logistics to supporting sustainable options, you will ensure every event runs smoothly on time, and within budget. Your attention to detail and ability to work with different teams will make a real difference in creating impactful experiences for our clients and colleagues. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You will work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
