A reputable organization in the education sector is seeking a Site Supervisor in Pickering. This role involves general maintenance, cleaning, and security services to ensure a safe and clean environment for students and staff. Candidates must have an enhanced DBS and previous experience in a caretaker or facilities role. The position offers a pay rate of £13.47 per hour with 37.5 hours per week. Responsabilités
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site.
- Support the security of the premises.
- Conduct and log health & safety checks.
- Respond to urgent site issues as required.

Site Supervisor – Education Sector (Temp to Perm)
Location: Pickering, North Yorkshire
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate: £13.47 per hour
Start Date: Early October
Enhanced DBS required (within the last 12 months)
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance, cleaning, and security services across the academy. You\'ll play a vital role in ensuring the environment is safe, clean, and secure for students, staff, and visitors.
You will also be responsible for logging all necessary checks and maintenance tasks via the Trust\'s electronic reporting system, so basic IT skills and attention to detail are important.
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site
- Support with the security of the premises, including unlocking/locking of buildings
- Conduct and log health & safety checks using the Trust\'s reporting system
- Respond to any urgent site issues as required throughout the day
- Enhanced DBS (issued within the last 12 months) - essential
- Previous experience in a site support, caretaker, or facilities role
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable using electronic systems to log work and checks
