A leading ERP solutions provider is seeking an experienced ERP Customer Success / Sales Account Director. This remote-based role focuses on managing a portfolio of manufacturing clients, requiring a consultative sales approach and strong account management skills. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Epicor and SAP, and a proven track record in IT solution sales within manufacturing. The position emphasizes deep account ownership and collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive operational transformation.
