A leading environmental consultancy in the UK is looking for a Sustainability Manager to implement their sustainability strategy and engage with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and experience in environmental compliance. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, ensuring ISO compliance, and providing team leadership. This role supports both full-time and part-time applications.
As Sustainability Manager, you will join our UK & Ireland sustainability team and will be responsible for implementing and refining the company’s sustainability strategy across our UK Water and Heating Solutions sites.
This role is ideal for someone who believes businesses can (and should) make an active contribution to realising the UN Sustainable Development Goals. You will engage with a range of stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulators, to support environmental compliance and deliver positive environmental and social outcomes beyond legal requirements.
You will be an experienced Sustainability or Environmental professional, holding ISEP (formerly IEMA) membership at Practitioner level or above.
You’ll have a passion for continuous improvement and self-development, and a desire to work in a team focused on improving quality of life.
Hours: Full‑time (40 hours/week) Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Exact hours of work can be adjusted if needs be for the right applicant. We welcome both full‑time and part‑time applications.
