As a Budweiser On-Trade Account Manager, this role will be focused on both account management to maximize existing relationships, whilst putting significant focus on winning and developing new accounts. The role

Manage accounts, provide top-notch customer service, and support wholesale partners to boost sales across our impressive portfolio within the Independent Free Trade.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Focus on both account management for existing relationships and winning new accounts.
  • Develop account plans to drive and protect growth across multiple operators.
  • Achieve volume and revenue targets with wholesale partners.
  • Build a strong network of working relationships across various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and deliver KPI results.
  • Lead key activations and ensure seamless execution of brand activities.
  • Differentiate brands through innovative support that adds value to customers.
  • Track account performance versus investment and present quarterly reviews for key accounts.
Who we’re looking for
  • Someone with a strong work ethic who is persistent, resilient and is keen to develop their career with us.
  • Outstanding local Birmingham market knowledge, contacts and experience in beer or similar industry.
  • Ideally has experience in new business development with previous sales experience preferred
  • Ownership - Take your results personally and lead by example.
  • Excellent relationship building with Customers, Consumers, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
  • Negotiation and Objection Handling skills as well as commercial acumen
  • Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial math's.
  • Ability to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
  • On-trade experience is desirable as is experience of working with premium/super-premium brands
  • This role is Field Based role so a current UK Driving License is required
