A leading law firm based in Leeds is seeking a Partnership Assistant to join their dynamic Group Finance team. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to support financial success while gaining hands-on experience in LLP accounting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proficient in MS Excel, with excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include processing partner payments, managing capital accounts, and assisting with financial queries, all within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate or someone looking to start studying for an accounting qualification.
- Detail-oriented and organised in managing workloads.
- Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly partner payment files.
- Liaise with Treasury and banks for partner capital management.
- Maintain partner capital accounts and perform reconciliations.
- Calculate and apply capital loan interest and partner charges.
- Assist with partner financial queries and communications.
