Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Data Clerk to join the Maintenance Team within the Hinkley Point C project. Your role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of the Asset Register using the EAM tool, alongside creating process documents and using Power BI for data extraction. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a background in data management. Flexible working options are available.
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience with Asset Suite 9 or equivalent EAM tool is an advantage.
- Experience with the HPC project is a plus.
- Familiarity with authoring process documents.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of the Asset Register in the EAM Tool.
- Provide meaningful descriptions for the Assets.
- Support equipment data development for construction.
- Use Power BI to extract information from data sources.
- Organize information in Excel worksheets.
- Create data load sheets for the EAM tool.
- Monitor data quality and address inaccuracies.
- Communicate with stakeholders for data needs.
- Draft process documents for users.
