A leading UK publishing company is seeking a proactive Publishing Administrator to support its dynamic team. This role involves coordinating meetings, liaising with freelancers, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth publishing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and a passion for publishing. A hybrid working model is offered with 2 days in the London office.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,500
FT – 35 hours per week
Hybrid – London, Kings Cross 2 days a week in office
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Publishing Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support across our Publishing team, including Editorial, Art, and Production. This is a hands‑on administrative role at the heart of a growing team that has evolved from a print publication into a multi‑platform hub. It’s an exciting time to join us as we explore new ways of publishing and content delivery learning together and adapting to a dynamic, digital‑first environment.
While this position sits within the publishing world, this is an administration vacancy, offering the opportunity to gain broad experience in the operations that keep a modern publishing team running smoothly, from scheduling and data management to liaising with freelancers and supporting production processes.
Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for publishing are essential. Some previous experience or knowledge of the publishing industry would be an advantage, but most importantly we’re looking for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us as we continue to develop our multi‑platform publishing journey.
We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. This role requires you to be working from our London office a minimum of 2 days a week, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a business.
