Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Hammersmith. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building near Hammersmith station. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site, working with the maintenance team on‑site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands‑on experience of the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site.

• Up to £47,000 per annum
• Overtime available
• 26 days holiday + BH
• Company Pension

• Lighting (small installation, fault‑finding, lamping, changing ballast's, control panel, power distribution)
• Emergency lighting & Fire Alarm tests
• Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers – Re‑set
• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment (temperature checks / not dosing)
• Plumbing – unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc
• BMS System – monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems – monitor / take readings
• General building fabric
• Escort sub‑contractors

• Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
• 08:00am to 17:00pm

• Electrically qualified – you must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3
• City & Guilds – 17th or 18th Edition
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Honest, hard working and reliable
