We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Brickwork Lecturer to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of Bricklayers.

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Brickwork courses.
• Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
• Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.

• A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Brickwork.
• Extensive industry experience in the Brickwork industry.
• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.

• Total 47 days off a year - The annual leave entitlement will be 35 days pro rata per annum plus 8 statutory days (Public & bank Holidays) and 4 College closure days.
