About the role

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety and the chance to make a genuine difference in schools across Castle Bromwich? Your Responsibilities

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, helping every child feel safe, supported and motivated to learn.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and staff, leaving a positive impact in each school you support.
  • Uphold school policies and always prioritise safeguarding.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school.
  • Strong classroom management and adaptability skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s development.
  • Current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education).
