TRT World is looking for a Presenter in Istanbul-Türkiye office. All applicants are required to submit a link to their showreel.

1. Present either individually or as part of a team, a wide variety of news and current affairs materials for the screen.
2. Present the channel's news output, either alone or with a colleague, including reading news items and lead-ins, conducting live interviews, and presenting unscripted coverage of breaking news stories as required.
3. Write or edit materials for programme scripts, bulletins, and links; exercise editorial judgment; maintain professional journalistic standards; and adhere to station policies, as well as legal and contractual guidelines.
4. Undertake interviewing and reporting duties, under broad direction, in both recorded and live situations, in studio or on location.
5. Prepare and present bulletins, which may include assessing incoming copy, sub-editing news copy, and deploying necessary resources.
6. Work a shift pattern to serve the needs of a 24-hour news organization, if required.

1. University degree in Social Sciences or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the television sector.
3. A proven track record in journalism with extensive knowledge of news and current affairs.
4. Demonstrate first-class news judgment.
5. Obvious aptitude for or experience in presentation.
6. A clear speaking voice and confidence in front of the camera.
7. The ability and confidence to ad-lib when required.
8. The ability to conduct interviews with a wide range of interviewees with flair and authority.
9. High level of proficiency in English.
10. Willingness to relocate to Istanbul, Turkey.
