Job Description
- Providing high-level administrative support to executives.
- Coordinating and managing schedules, appointments, and international travel.
- Assisting with the organisation of high profile conferences and events, both nationally and internationally.
- Preparing and editing correspondences, reports, and presentations.
- Organising and maintaining files and records for easy accessibility.
- Ensuring efficient and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Participating in team meetings, taking minutes when necessary.
- Providing general support to other EAs in the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior EA should have:
- A solid background in administrative roles, preferably within the Not For Profit industry.
- Experience in conference and events planning.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
