Job Title: Contentious Probate Legal Director

Location: Reading

Salary: £75,000-£90,000+ DOE

PQE Level: 8+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

My client is a leading Legal 500 firm seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor at the Legal Director level. The firm handles a wide range of wealth work for a client base of high-net-worth to ultra-HNW individuals. This is a rare opportunity to lead within an outstanding team with support to progress towards partnership.

In this role, you will:

1. Manage and oversee contentious probate matters, providing strategic guidance to clients.
2. Handle a diverse caseload, including will disputes, inheritance act claims, and contested estate administration.
