This is a permanent, full-time position with long day and rotational day/night shifts.
The post-holder will work within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating compassionate care and responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating complex nursing care using a recovery-focused approach that involves the patient actively. The role requires the ability to work independently, support and supervise other staff, and take charge in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse.
The post involves promoting partnership working with patients, carers, and professionals, adhering to legislative and policy standards.
Key responsibilities include participating in and providing Nurse Line Management Supervision, Clinical Supervision, line management duties, mentoring, and supporting staff development.
