A training institution in Norwich is seeking an Apprenticeship Workplace Supervisor in the construction sector. This role involves overseeing a group of apprentices, conducting progress reviews, and assisting them in building their professional portfolios. The ideal candidate should have experience with higher-level apprenticeships and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The position is part-time, with a fixed term until March 2026.
14.8 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
£27,151 – £28,976 FTE (actual £10,860 – £11,590) per annum
Fixed term to 31 March 2026
At City College Norwich we have seen an influx in demand for Higher Apprentices in the Construction field. To help support and prepare these apprentices for industry we are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Workplace Supervisor to conduct progress reviews with the apprentice and employer and mentors, enabling a bridge between their academic studies and their workplace experiences.

All staff must undertake an enhanced Adult and Child Workforce DBS Check and be registered on the DBS Update Service. From 28 November 2020 the government implemented changes to the filtering rules, so a new DBS check completed with City College Norwich is required.
