A leading care agency in Bristol is seeking Care Assistants to provide essential support to vulnerable individuals. You will assist with personal care, food preparation, and companionship. The role offers flexible working hours but requires commitment to improving the quality of life for service users. Experience is beneficial but not necessary as full training is provided. A driving license and vehicle access are essential.
£12.80 per hour weekdays andweekends - Full-time, Part-time, with paid holidays.
Travel time and mileage - £100 per month
A driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
Previous experience not required (but advantageous) Full training & support provided.

Happy care is one of the top domiciliary care agency, providing high quality and much-needed support to vulnerable people and we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Care Assistants to join our thriving branch in Bristol. Annually we deliver over 2 million hours of vital care services, supporting our service users with daily tasks such as meal preparation and personal care, domestic services, and companionship, to allow them to live independently and remain in their own homes.
Mornings: 6am-12pm
Evenings: 4pm-10pm
Our Care Assistants work within the Bristol community covering Inner city and North and West enabling our service users to live independently in their own homes. Typical support can include personal care and hygiene, food preparation, administering medication, shopping, and collecting prescriptions, light housework & other domestic chores, companionship, and social support.
You need to be calm, patient, hard-working and reliable, resourceful with an ability to always maintain professionalism, think on your feet and keep a cool head in stressful situations – but above all, you need to be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people. This role is perfect for you, if you have experience of caring for a relative or other vulnerable people and are looking for a new and rewarding way to put these skills to good use. You must be local to Bristol .
