A leading fit out contractor in Londonderry is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee retail projects. This role involves managing site activities, ensuring high standards are met, and implementing safety measures. Candidates should have a strong background in retail fit out, SMSTS, and a Black CSCS Card. - Previous experience of working on retail fit out schemes for a fit out contractor.
- SMSTS and Black CSCS Card required.
- 2-3 years minimum experience in related field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all site activities and monitor progress.
- Ensure effective project close out and commence snagging as specified.
- Monitor quality of work to meet high standards.
- Maintain site records and communication.
- Implement HSQE standards and ensure public safety.
