Qualifications

• Previous experience of working on retail fit out schemes for a fit out contractor.
• SMSTS and Black CSCS Card required.
• 2-3 years minimum experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities and monitor progress.
• Ensure effective project close out and commence snagging as specified.
• Monitor quality of work to meet high standards.
• Maintain site records and communication.
• Implement HSQE standards and ensure public safety.
